  • All purchases of EGPoints (EGP), advertising credits, or campaign deposits are considered final and non-refundable, except in limited cases outlined below.
  • EGPoints and ad credits are digital assets tied to platform use and cannot be exchanged back into cash once credited.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We may issue a refund only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate transaction caused by a technical error.
  • Failed crediting of EGPoints or ad credits after successful payment confirmation.
  • Unauthorized charge proven through bank/payment provider dispute.

3. Ineligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing EGPoints or campaign credits.
  • Unused balances in accounts.
  • Account closure or suspension due to policy violations.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact support@eglobalhive.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Provide your transaction reference, amount, date, and payment method.
  • Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method only (e.g., bank card, mobile money, USDT).

5. Processing Time

Refund approvals may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider’s settlement process.
