By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are of legal age, agree to these Terms, and will comply with applicable laws.
2. Our Services
E-Global provides engagement and advertising services where users collect EGPoints through Watch & Earn, Share & Earn, Boost & Advertise, and optionally the Enhanced Loyalty Program (ELP).
3. EGPoints
EGPoints are in-app reward units and do not represent money or securities. They may be redeemed into supported withdrawal options. EGPoints may be grouped into EGPoint Bunches depending on their funding source.
4. Accounts and KYC
Some features require KYC verification via SmileID or other approved providers. Accounts with false or fraudulent details may be suspended or terminated.
5. User Responsibilities
You must not engage in fraud, abuse, policy violations, or automated activity. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
Advertiser deposits remain in their original currency. Withdrawals are processed in supported currencies or via USDT (BEP-20) for ELP balances.
7. Enhanced Loyalty Program (ELP)
ELP is optional and uses only USDT-funded EGPoints (B-Pack, S-Pack, G-Pack cycles). Participation in ELP is not required for using E-Global’s main features.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and content belong to E-Global. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
E-Global provides its services 'as is' without warranties. We are not responsible for technical issues, payout delays, or losses caused by misuse.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated Terms.
